See a Pothole, Stray Animal, or Graffiti? Report It Online in Just a Few Steps!

Did you know you can help keep our city looking its best by reporting common issues like potholes, loose pets, or graffiti online? It’s quick and easy—just follow these three simple steps:

  1. Visit westjordan.utah.gov and select the blue ‘Report a Problem’ button near the top of the page. You can also save the direct link in your favorites or as a shortcut on your phone.

2. Select from the list of request – if you don’t see it listed, click the ‘other’ box and make a selection from there.

3. Once you’ve made your selection, fill out the rest of the form and submit.
