Holiday Schedule: Garbage Pick-Up and City Offices

The upcoming Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays will affect some city services this year, depending on your regular garbage collection day.

Garbage Pick-Up

  • Christmas Day (Thursday, December 25, 2025) and New Year’s Day (Thursday, January 1, 2026) fall on a Thursday.
  • If your normal garbage day is Thursday, your collection will be delayed to Friday.
  • If your normal garbage day is Friday, your collection will be delayed to Saturday.
  • Garbage pick-up will return to the regular schedule the following week.

City Offices and Facilities

  • All city offices and facilities will be closed on December 24, December 25, and January 1.

Passport Office

  • Closed December 24–27, reopens December 31
  • Closed January 1, reopens January 2
