The City of West Jordan is inviting families to enjoy an enchanting evening of music, movement, and imagination at the Small and Tall Ball 2026: Dancing Through Life, happening Friday, February 13, 2026. Tickets go on sale January 12th, 2026. You can find them using this link.

Inspired by the musical and movie adaptation of Wicked, this family-friendly dance encourages attendees to dress to impress in green and pink and step into a magical night filled with dancing, crafts, sweet treats, and a special character performance. The main event will take place from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, welcoming guests of all ages for a celebration designed to be fun for both little dancers and their grown-up partners. 

Tickets for the main event are $10 per person, and all attendees age 2 and up are required to have a ticket. 

Introducing West Jordan’s Sensory-Friendly Dance Event 

In an exciting milestone for the City, West Jordan will also offer its first-ever sensory-friendly Small and Tall Ball experience earlier in the evening. This special session is designed for guests who prefer a calmer environment with reduced sensory stimulation, while still enjoying all the magic of the event. 

The sensory-friendly session will run from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM and will include: 

• No flashing lights 

• Music played at a softer volume 

• Reduced overall stimulation 

• Crafts, dancing, sweet treats, and a special character performance 

This exclusive experience offers very limited tickets to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for attendees. Tickets for the sensory-friendly session are $5 per person. 

City leaders are proud to introduce this new offering, which reflects West Jordan’s commitment to inclusivity and creating meaningful opportunities for all residents to participate in community events.

Tickets for both the main event and the sensory-friendly session will open to the public on January 12, 2026. Due to limited capacity—especially for the sensory-friendly session—families are encouraged to register early.
