Vote By Mail Election
Registered voters may vote at the Salt Lake County Clerk's Office (2001 South State Street, South Building First Floor) weekdays October 23rd - November 5th (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) Additional early voting locations are available weekdays October 31 - November 5, times vary pending location, refer to webpage.
On Election Day, November 6, voting centers will be open from 7:00 am- 8:00 pm. for voters who either require amenities provided by the electronic voting machines, misplaced or didn't receive ballots, or otherwise want to vote in person. Voters may vote at ANY of the Vote Centers listed here.
The 2018 General Election is being conducted mainly by mail.
Ballots were mailed the week of October 8, 2018. You may return your ballot by any one of the following methods:
By mail as long as it is postmarked by November 5th, the day before Election Day
Ballot drop box in the City Hall parking lot, 8000 South Redwood Road
Ballot drop box at the Salt Lake County Clerk’s Office through 8 p.m. on Election Day, located on the east side of the County Government Center (2001 South State Street)
At any Salt Lake County Vote Centers, including 3 locations in West Jordan, on Election Day, November 6th, during polling hours 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
