Has your teen been considering becoming a firefighter? Our Fire Cadets program is made for those young adults who are seriously interested in making this their career. This program is not for the faint of heart; we will show your teen what it really means to be a firefighter. They will have the opportunity to spray fire hoses, ride in an ambulance, climb ladders, rappel, and have a front-row seat to many other demonstrations. After becoming a West Jordan Fire Cadet, they will be prepared to enter school courses to begin their firefighting career. So, what are you waiting for? Help your teen join our fire family today! Registration for the West Jordan Fire Cadets opens May 3rd at 10 AM. We will not add anyone to the waiting list until after that date and the available spots are filled.

This program is reserved for incoming 8^th grade, 9^th grade, and 10^th grade students.
