Small and Tall Ball

The City of West Jordan is inviting families to enjoy an enchanting evening of music, movement, and imagination at the Small and Tall Ball: Dancing Through Life, happening Friday, February 13, 2026.
Inspired by the musical and movie adaptation of Wicked, this family-friendly dance encourages attendees to dress to impress in green and pink and step into a magical night filled with dancing, crafts, sweet treats, and a special character performance. The main event will take place from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, welcoming guests of all ages for a celebration designed to be fun for both little dancers and their grown-up partners.
Tickets for the main event are $10 per person, and all attendees age 2 and up are required to have a ticket.
Tickets for this event will open on January 12th.

When does the event start?
The main event doors open at 6:30 PM.
The character performance will start at 7:10 PM.
The meet and greet with characters will start at 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Crafts, dancing, photo opportunities, and lemonade bar available all night.

Tickets are $10 per person and all attendees age 2 and up are required to have a ticket.
What age range is this event geared toward?
This event is best geared for children 3-10 years old, but all are welcome to come enjoy. Moms, dads, brothers, sisters, cousins etc.
What should I wear?
There is not a strict dress code – but dressing formal is encouraged.

What is the Sensory-Friendly time slot?
The sensory friendly addition is for our friends in the city that want to have fun but need less stimulation to have a good time. This option goes from 4:00 pm -5:30 pm, you can expect less attendees, no flashing lights, music played at a reduced level, crafts, dancing, lemonade bar and special character meet and greets. We respectfully ask that you only sign up for this slot if someone in your party has sensory friendly needs in order to provide the best sensory friendly experience for everyone.
