Thanksgiving began when people of different backgrounds decided to work together for the common good.
This is what I call a community.
Today, we still have the same opportunities to help lift each other. In West Jordan, we call ourselves the “Home of the Good Neighbor”.
We are fortunate to have so many ways for us to be the “Good Neighbor”.
Let us find ways to help lift the spirits of those who may be a little down.
It will be fantastic if we, as a community, say, thanks for giving of your time, thanks for giving your service, and thanks for giving your resources.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
