NOTICE OF THE 2025 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Meeting Schedule for the West Jordan City Council for 2025 shall be as follows:
Council meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. The meeting will begin with a Committee of the Whole work session at 4:00 pm, followed by the Regular City Council meeting at 7:00 pm. In months with five Tuesdays, an additional Committee of the Whole work session will be held at 6:00 pm on the fifth Tuesday. All meetings take place at City Hall, 8000 South Redwood Road, 3rd floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
Special meetings may be convened at alternate times and locations designated by the City Council, with appropriate notice. Meetings may also be canceled due to unforeseen conflicts or lack of agenda items.
These meetings are open to the public, unless closed in accordance with Utah’s Open and Public Meetings Act. The time, date, and location of each meeting are included at the top of the agenda and posted at the meeting location typically by the Thursday preceding the meeting, but no later than 24 hours before the meeting, except in the event of an emergency.
The Council may, by motion, cancel or reschedule meetings or schedule additional meetings as needed. Any changes will be communicated with appropriate notice.

The City Council, when acting as the Board of the Municipal Building Authority of the City of West Jordan, typically meets on Tuesdays in conjunction with City Council meetings, as necessary. Proper public notice will be provided for these meetings.

Meetings for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of West Jordan. The City Council, when acting as the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of West Jordan, typically meets quarterly in March, June, September, and December on the 4th Tuesday of the month in conjunction with City Council meetings, as necessary. Proper public notice will be provided for these meetings.
