CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT  84088.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:

  • Ordinance No. 24-47 a petition from Barrett Peterson/Peterson Development requesting aMaster Development Agreement/Plan for Copper Meadows approximately 76.21 acres located at approximately 8200 South Stokesley Drive subject to the approval of Ordinance No. 24-48 an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map for Copper Meadows from Future Park, Public Facilities, and Very Low-Density Residential to Low-Density Residential and a Rezone from Very Low-Density Single Family Residential Zone (VLSFR), Public Facilities Zone (P-F), and Low-Density Single Family Residential Zone (LSFR) to the Planned Community Zone (PC).
  • Ordinance No. 24-53 a petition from Max Muller/Gardner Group requesting a major variation to approved plans and development standards for traffic calming and traffic flow, in accordance with 13-7I-5, for GEM West Jordan Apartments located at approximately 6835 West New Bingham Highway.
