The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday,
April 15, 2025, at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council concerning the proposed item:
190 Commerce Rezone; 7381 West New Bingham Highway; Rezone approximately 193.32 acres from A-20 (Agriculture 20-acre lots) Zone to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zone; Boyer Project Company L.C./Ryan Simmons (applicant)
Parker Place II; 1739 West Drake Lane; Future Land Use Map Amendment for .6275 acres from Professional Office to Medium Density Residential and Rezone .6275 acres from P-O (Professional Office) Zone to R-1-5 (Single-family 5,000 square foot lot minimum) Zone; Gary Cannon (applicant)
Bingham Heights Phase 5 Rezone; 5891 West 7000 South; Rezone 20.96 acres from LSFR (Low Density Single-family Residential (WSPA) Zone to R-1-9 (Single-family Residential 9,000 square foot lots minimum) Zone; Perry Homes Utah/Lynsi Neve (applicant)
Text Amendment – Balanced Housing Ordinance; Amend the West Jordan City Code Title 13 Chapter 13-8-23(B)(1)(j): allowing twin homes on parcel(s) or lot(s) in an existing R-3 Zone, as long as the following criteria is met: The R-3 zoning has continuously existed since October 22, 2014.; City of West Jordan (applicant)

If you want to speak on an item, the time will be limited to 3 minutes or as directed by the Chair. Items may be moved on the agenda or tabled by the Planning Commission. Items not heard will be scheduled on the next agenda.
