NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT  84088.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:

  • Resolution No. 25-022 the 2025-2029 Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan and the Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan and Authorize the Mayor to Sign Associated Agreements
  • Ordinance No. 25-17 a petition from Ryan Simmons/Boyer Company requesting a rezone for 190 Commerce (~7381 West New Bingham Highway ~192.32 acres) from A-20 Zone (Agriculture 20 Acre Minimum Lots) to M-1 Zone (Light Industrial)
  • Ordinance No. 25-21 amending Section 13-8-23 (Balanced Housing) to add an exemption for twin homes on R-3 zoned parcels existing since October 22, 2014
  • Ordinance No. 25-19 amending Section 13-7E-10 (Status of Conditional Use Permit) to add revocation language
