4th of July Impacts

Depending on your regular trash day – the day your garbage is picked up could change for the 4th of July Holiday, and you’ll want to avoid this road during the Independence Day celebration.

Garbage Day Impact:

Independence Day falls on a Tuesday this year. That means residents usual garbage day will be delayed by one day AFTER Monday.

For example – if your garbage day would normally fall on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, your garbage will be picked up Wednesday, July 5th, 2023. If your garbage day would normally fall on a Wednesday (July 5th, 2023) it will then be picked up Thursday (July 6th, 2023) and so on for the rest of the week. For residents whose garbage day falls on a Friday – their garbage will be picked up on Saturday.

The following week will be back on a regular schedule.
