A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Ordinance No. 25-55 Amending City Code Section 13-2-3 to define “Affordable Housing”, Section 13-8-23(B) regarding Balanced Housing, and enacting Article 13-5P creating the Home Ownership Promotion Zone (HOPZ)
