Use this form to withdraw a previously submitted land use application in the City of West Jordan.

Complete all required fields (marked with an asterisk). Check the boxes for the applications being withdrawn, and sign/date under Certification.

Property Owner(s)

Applicant must identify as a “Property Owner” all holders of any legal title to the Property. Attach additional page(s) if necessary.

  • The Withdrawing Party is authorized to act on behalf of the applicant of record of the Project and all legal title owner(s) of the Property.   • The noted application(s) are being withdrawn voluntarily.
  • No development rights have been granted to the Property through the original application(s). /li>
  • Any application for development approval in the Project Location must be submitted under a new application.
