SWPPP Inspection Flow Chart

Flowchart showing enforcement steps for construction site inspections. After an initial inspection, if the site is compliant, the inspection is documented and sent to the operator. If not compliant, enforcement escalates through three levels (NOV 1, NOV 2, NOV 3), each followed by reinspection. If compliance is achieved at any stage, the inspection is documented. If non-compliance continues through NOV 3, the site is designated as high priority and enforcement authorities are notified for further action.
