A refundable security deposit of $750 is required for all rentals.

Lobby 72 ft long 13 ft wide (25 ft wide on the east side)
Black Box: Seating – 213 retract seats, 35 loose seating
Entire black box: 59 ft x 61 ft, stage size: 24 ft x 61 ft
Total: 12,700 square foot facility

What is included with my rental?
- Exclusive use of reserved space(s)
- 1 wired microphone (basic A/V)
- Use of lobby (included with most rentals)
- Tables, chairs, projectors, blackout curtains (for community rooms)
Can I bring my own A/V equipment?
Outside A/V and lighting equipment is not permitted. Advanced in-house A/V is available—please contact us for details.
Is there a kitchen at the facility?
The facility includes a catering room with a fridge/freezer, sink, and prep table.
