Welcome to the West Jordan City Council!

The West Jordan City Council is the legislative branch of the City, operating under a council-mayor form of government. The Council sets city policy, adopts ordinances, and approves the annual budget.

The seven-member Council includes four district representatives and three at-large members who serve the entire community. Together, they work to ensure West Jordan remains a welcoming, vibrant, and sustainable city that honors its past while embracing future opportunities, where families flourish, businesses thrive, and natural resources are preserved for future generations.

Meetings occur on the 3rd floor of West Jordan City Hall, located at 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.

All meetings of the council are open to the public, unless closed in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-205.
