  1. Maximum area: 10 sq ft (max 2 faces)
  2. Maximum height: 4 feet
  3. One sign per business
  4. 75 feet from other signs
  5. Within 20 feet of entrance
  6. High pedestrian areas only
  7. Display during business hours only
  8. No use during high wind or heavy snow
